Try Cocoon.

Wrap an <xsp:page> element around your XML data, then write some XSL to 
transform the XML to XHTML.

Hi All,

I am building a FAQ page and I would like to make a servlet that generates 
the content based on an XML file.  What packages do I need to do this?  I 
thought Tomcat came with XML parsing ability.  At least the web developer 
kit leads me to believe it is in there.
