One of the best books I've found on XSLT is "XSLT
Programmer's Reference" by Michael Kay published by
Wrox Press. The examples in this book are particularly
good.  Be warned, though: this is a reference work and
not a tutorial, so it is not really appropriate for
learning the basics of XSLT, but is great for helping
you unlocking its power.
