There is a free AV package available for windows:

Just in case someone is running out there unprotected.
I run it at home. 
klez is mentioned specifically on this page.

Several emails from ajug recently have been infected with a virus
(W32.Klez.H@mm and it's variants).

The latest virus updates from symantec will detect the virus.  Not sure
about McAfee.
