Are you asking how to unsubscribe?  There are directions on the
AJUG site.  Go to:

    http://www.ajug.org/membership/index.html

Scroll down the page and click the appropriate "unsubscribe" link and
submit the email.

If this does not work for you, I can remove you manually.
