It'll take you to BEA's web site and you can download a free 30 day trial 
version of Weblogic from there.  You can also download documentation and 
tutorials.  It comes with a bunch of samples (servlets, jsp's, and 
ejb's).  Reading the docs on how to get the samples working would probably 
be a good start.
