RE: Code reviews

I strongly believe in the value of code reviews. 
However, as anyone who has actually taken the time to
do them will tell you, the value is not in having
someone else look at your code.  The value is in
having the original programmer walk through his code
explaining it to the reviewer.  More times than not it
is the original programmer who finds the logic
mistakes and design flaws because it forces him to
logically explain his reasons why he did it the way he
did.  Just my $0.02.
