Java Architect Certification seminar - details

Folks,

The Sun Java Enterprise Architect Certification
seminar will take place on Monday, June 11 at 7 p.m.
at the usual location in Ravinia (thanks to Ben Sabrin
for the help reserving the room). See for the

The seminar is planned to last for a little over an
hour, with another hour reserved for the questions.

The seminar is based on one person's impression from
the certification and will attempt to answer the
following questions:
- Market implications of the certification;
- Usefullness of the certification and applicability
of the material learned while preparing for the
certification;
- Walk through the sections of the multiple choice
test. How multiple choice test differs from, e.g.
Programmer certification test;
- Walk through the practical assignment (Part II of
the certificaiton);
- Description of the materials used to prepare for the
certification.
