Integrating Java with Legacy Systems

Abstract:
In this presentation, we'll discuss the use of Java as an interface to
applications that are difficult or impossible to modify for interfacing

and present various methods for overcoming problems involved in migration
and web-enabling. I'll present some examples of how to use Java and several
Java-related technologies as possible solution alternatives.

Steve Durdin, a software engineer with more than twenty years of experience,
has been adapting legacy applications using Java for the past two years. His
